1) Twist and pull collar to seperate snap hook assembly
2) Twist and pull vinyl rope to remove it from snap hook.
3) Cut rope to desired length.
4) Apply glue to end of rope and snap hook
5) Insert end of rope into snap hook.
6) Slide collar over snap hook until tight.
7) let set for 20 seconds
8) Hold snap hook assembly in one hand, the rope in the other.
Pull firmly to test the connection.
